Katie has been with AMB West since 2018, joining Mountain Sky Guest Ranch first as Wellness Director followed by two seasons as Operations Manager. In 2026 after eight seasons with Mountain Sky, her diverse experience and dedication to providing meaningful guest experiences led her to her newest position as General Manager of West Creek Ranch.

Originally from Baltimore, Katie fell in love with the Montana landscape years ago and remains deeply committed to the "magic" that makes the ranch experience so special. She is particularly excited to steward the vision of West Creek, where she can focus on the ranch’s unique mission and the intentionality behind its impact on the community and guests alike.
