CONSERVED LAND | PARADISE VALLEY, MONTANA

Paradise Valley Ranch

Paradise Valley Ranch (PVR) is an 9,600-acre ranch located in northern Paradise Valley, Montana.  The stunning property is abundant with wildlife including elk, mule deer, antelope, golden eagles, coyotes, mountain lions and songbirds.

AMB West chairman and owner Arthur M. Blank purchased PVR in 2019 with the goal of protecting the land from future commercial development and conserving the ranch’s abundant natural beauty and wildlife.  PVR was officially put under a conservation easement on April 19, 2023, in partnership with the Gallatin Valley Land Trust. The easement permanently limits residential and commercial development on the property and allows for agriculture and outdoor recreation to continue.

Paradise Valley Ranch was the first AMB West property to be utilized as a host property for the AMB West Hunting Program (previously called the PVR Hunting Program). For more information on the program, read more here or visit pvrhunting.com.
